The Disabled List and You
See this? Name a Twins starter that hasn't been on the DL? I guess Valencia, Cuddy, and Casillas would be the only 3, right?
Come on people.

That line up is horrendous. It looks like a spring training split squad.

It totally does...which makes it all the more amazing that they've won 8 out of 10. It's almost comical...Mauer is set to come back, and Morneau heads to the DL. The Span concussion is particularly worrisome, given the Morneau experience last year. Ugh.
I will be taking in a game at TF with Jan on 6/27...can't wait.

Let me get out my pail of cold water - rumor on span is he could be done for the year (based on total heresay and conjecture.)
The lineup tonight is 9th grade (not varsity, not JV). I played 9th grade.

This feels like the Vikings all over again. Who on the pitching staff will be the Joe Webb?

Not to be irrationally exuberant, but they just won their 11th out of the past 13, and their SIXTH straight series victory over the White Sox. Love it. Didn't realize Nishi was back in the lineup (though who knows how well he will hit).
Also, I know we give Cuddy a hard time on this blog, but he is carrying the offense right now.
