RTS' College Basketball Tickets

I know I have run this into the ground and I do not think you guys care, BUT what else are we talking about?

This is pretty much it for college basketball. I can only remember going to two Iowa games my sophomore year, one against MSU and one against OSU. Those are obviously missing. Clearly, my resume of tickets is a far cry from say someone who went to Duke. Quick rundown of the tickets:

The three Iowa Vs NU tickets from my Chicago years. I am guessing I did not have the NU student ID.

The Minnesota at NU game was Clem Haskin's last regular season game as the Gopher's head coach. After that he only coached two more games. Minnesota lost in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament to Illinois. The scandal broke the day before the NCAA tournament and they lost to Gonzaga the next day. He did not return.

Jan was nice enough to take me to a non-conference game against Nebraska, my only trip to the barn.

Georgia Tech Vs St Johns. GT's arena is nicked named the tit. From the outside, the building looks like a joke from the Naked Gun.

The last ticket is Iowa Vs Minnesota at the Target Center in a wrestling dual. It was the largest turn out ever for a Minnesota wrestling match. I am missing a ton of wrestling stubs. Season tickets in college were only $5. I also saw the Big Ten tournament one year. That was a whole weekend of camping out in the stands watching wrestling. Most of the Minnesota wrestlers were MN state champs when we were in HS, which was kind of cool.

RTS - glad I was able to take a small part in your life and be responsible for taking you to the Barn. I hope I made you buy me a hot dog.

I went to a NU game in the Chicago days as well, I think I went with RTS. I was surprised at how the gym felt like a high school gym.

I don't understand wrestling, I never did. I tried it for two weeks freshman year - some say I wasn't tough enough, I say the sport was kinda, well, you know.
