Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. MN football fans finally got something to be thankful for...RTS, sorry it was at your expense, but the Gophers definitely starting playing better toward the end of the season and Iowa clearly mailed it in. I am happy for Webber, who has been a class act throughout the entire debacle that was the Brewster era, despite suffering through three O-coordinators in four years.
I watched the Vikes game today, for some reason, and it was refreshing to see a) the defense play more aggressively and actually get some sacks, and b) the offense sustain some drives. AP went out in the 2nd quarter, but Gerhart was an absolute beast in his stead. I think we're going to be glad to have him in the future...
Oh, and I think we can all be thankful for Tubby Smith. Gophers are in the top 15 (top 15!) for the first time since 1997 (or somewhere around that time).
