Awesome!! Makes me want to rent a canoe and hit the water...question of the hour, though, is what's the temp? Regardless...as my pops always says: "Every nice day this time if year means one less day of winter." Amen.

Pic was from yesterday, around 53 but really windy. Temp today is balmy 45 with that same wind making it feel like 37 so feels like winter. On the rebound though as we're headed back to 60! Woo hoo!

As my pops always says: "We keep Minneapolis to ourselves with our weather since if the weather was nicer more people would live here."

That's funny, 'cause my pops is now quite fond of "I just can't deal with the g-d'ed weather around here anymore." I agree with all three of our esteemed elders.

That pic made me nostalgic. I've been feeding that nostalgia for the LoSBW lately through weekly podcasts of The News from Lake Wobegon. You should check them out if you've ever enjoyed APHC. Keillor's always been great at chronicling the changing seasons and the rituals and traditions that go along with each of them.
