Love this guy already, and he hasn't even take his first at-bat in the Gulf Coast League. I love that, in the article, they sort of gloss over the fact that he pitched his team to a state title by striking out a ridiculous number of guys...and hitting 95 on the radar gun! Unbelievable.

Also interesting to be reminded of the other 1st round picks currently on the squad. Which one of these kids is not like the other? Mauer, Span, Revere...Parmalee?

I like him. Sort of reminds me of torri hunter, but maybe a little less cocky. Granted, Bryce Harper come sup at 19 and starts cranking it up, but I'll be OK if this guys a player by 2014.
