I would concur...Charlotte laughed out loud for the first time last Sunday and we talked about it - an re-enacted it - for an hour. Awesome...

I guess I'd say I'm also thankful for:

1) a paycheck, food on the table and roof over my head

2) this blog and its insightful members/participants.

Speaking of Tubby, I will be at the Gophers' Friday night game in Anaheim (they are in some tourney and my parents are flying out for it).

Happy Thanksgiving, guys.

And so begins the softer side of FTLOSBW. Ditto on what's already been said- important to step back and have things put in perspective every so often.
Happy Thanksgiving to all you guys- enjoy your time with friends and family.

BG- there's an outside chance that I will also be at the game..50/50 at this point- if so I'll be sure to give you a call.

i'm thankful for my three illegitmate children that i'm not taking responsibility for..

i'm thankful for the fact that women love bald men.

im thankful for the fact that i am not judged by the color of my skin, but by the content of my character, which is awesome. Though, as a white man, it wouldn't be so bad to be judged just on that.

i am thankful for the emptiness that has been filled in my life by all of you and the unicorns in my yard, and the rainbow and the gold that accompanies said rainbow and the smell of sugarplums and roses and such.

Hey, did this blog thing spiral into a bizarre oprah rerun? If you guys want to get sensitive, I mean, I'll get sensitive. I love America, so don't get me wrong, I'm better than most of you. Wait, what? I guess that was a reflex to push away when anyone starts to get close. I love you guys. I mean, not love like I'd jump on a grenade for any of you. Frankly, it's unlikely that would happen anyway. So, let me rephrase that. I WOULD jump on a grenade for at least four of you. I'll leave it open who's the odd man out. But on this day of Thanks, I would just say we wear caps and sleeves in this league, fellas. I don't know. I love you all.

There. I said it. If I knew how to attach a picture of a baby that wasn't mine, I would, and attach a caption that said "Aren't they a miracle?"

Eat some good bird.
