On or about June 6, 1939, in the Winkie County in the Land of Oz, Defendant DOROTHY GALE, DOB: May 4, 1923, caused the death of Elphaba a.k.a the “Wicked Witch of the West” (‘WWofW’) with malice and premeditation.

This was the discussion that originally sparked my interest in setting up this whole bloggity blog thing. I saved the e-mail chain and want to write it up in the form of what the idictment would look like. We'll see.
