This Thing Still On?

Sooooooo, sounds like something cool happened at US Bank Stadium Sunday? Two biggest takeaways for me: 1. This is the sort of thing that is needed to break curses. EVERYBODY saw that, and it's raise awareness of how snakebit this franchise has been, and that makes everyone pull for us. Was everyone pulling for the 2004 Red Sox? Why yes, yes they were. Was everyone pulling for the 2016 Cubs? Uh huh. And every single person outside the stank of Philly and then every single person outside New England's going to be pulling for the Vikings if they make the Super Bowl. 2. I miss watching games with you guys. Man. Those were good days, you guys. Hangin' at the TeeMeTeep, loading up on greasy food and beers on a Sunday afternoon in October. Shit. We're old. This "blog" that we started just to avoid the world's longest e-mail chain hasn't seen a single note since before any of us turned 40. I just watched half an hour of youtube reaction videos from inside the stadium and of random friends and family watching the end of that game together, and it just made me think of you all. I wish we could have watched that shizzle together. - MCA
