Wow...that snuck up on me!

Guys - quietest division-clinching night of all time? In my humble opinion, it's just the way we want it. All business...and when you win 6 division titles in 9 years, I guess people become used to it. Now, we need to get over the hump, like the White Sox and Tigers have done in 2 of the 3 years the Twins weren't in the playoffs. Sounds like Gardy has set the preliminary playoff rotation as: Liriano, Pavano, Duensing and Blackburn. Let's get some guys healthy while staying within a game or so of the Yankees. Target Field is too good of a home field advantage to give up on.

I agree very quiet. This morning on sports talk radio here, they went through the NL scores and the mentioned the Yankees over the Rays, but nothing about the first team to clinch their division! In all seriousness Joe Mauer's knee seems to be a bigger story.

Congrats to the Minnesota Twins. Let's hope we end up with homefield advantage.

Totally surprised me too, awesome in how they clinched with the come from behind win. Love how they won today with their 'B' lineup (Morales playing first? Gotta say, I like it better than Cuddy there.)

Good to win the Central, get some time and distance and focus on the post-season.
