You know the Feeling When You finally Beat up Your older Brother? That's a GOOD Feeling

I think Souhan has this right. We need to cut the small ball bullshit and stop groveling for scraps from the Yankees. We look like little kids hiding in a cupboard afraid their drunk dad is going to come home and take a belt to them. It's time we grow a pair and when daddy comes home from the bar looking for a punching bag, we smash a beer bottle on the counter and beat him relentlessly with a nightstick we obtained from the maladjusted neighbor kid.

The seminal failure of Gardy's time can be summed up by his teams performance against the yankees. you cant be a champion if you never beat champions. My feeling about this point has been well doucmented on this blog, so i will spare you the rant. But if this organization is going to be for real, it needs to start with exhibiting some confidence about your club and exercising this demon. I hope gardy is just being aww shucks to the media and when you get inside that clubhouse he is pissing on a picture of babe ruth and screaming "You want some more?!!" like a madman.

Prove me wrong, Gardy. I'm wanting to believe this has all been part of a 6 year plan to build the confidence in these guys to get to this point. So, let's see it.

Maybe someone will finally beat the gatorade cooler into oblivion as MCA once suggested.

There is no conflict of interest here as I am pulling for the Twins but in the fantasy baseball league I am in I have Texieria (SP). I have to say the match up looks favorable.
